The Overwolf Troubleshooter is a built-in tool available exclusively in the Overwolf CurseForge app. It helps identify and resolve common issues by running diagnostic checks on your installation and environment.
If you’re experiencing errors or unexpected behavior, we recommend running the Troubleshooter first. It can often detect the problem and guide you toward the appropriate solution.
In order to use the Troubleshooter please run it, then click on the "Check For Issues" button:
The Troubleshooter should run all the tests and prompt you to fix any issues by clicking on "Select all" option under "Detected Issues", then on the "Fix Issues" button:
And that's it!
If you are unable to fix one of the issues using the Troubleshooter or if it was unable to identify the issue you're experiencing, please click on the "Create Logs Zip".
This will create a log file which you can then send to Overwolf support so we can further investigate this matter.
