FAQ
The payouts I received are lower than the estimated number presented in this dashboard
Console payouts are processed on a net+45 basis. The dashboard only provides an estimate, as several factors affect the final payout:
- Pending refunds and chargebacks from console users.
- Currency conversion differences on console platforms.
- Timing differences between when reports are generated.
The funds transferred into your Tebex wallet are the actual source of truth for your payout. The dashboard provides an estimate to help you anticipate your payout.
What time zone is used to update this dashboard, and is there a specific time when data refresh occurs?
This dashboard refreshes at 6 AM in the UTC zone.
How can the “Total” line not be the highest on the daily usage duration?
Since this graph shows average usage time, it might be impacted by outliers events of very high or very low usage time.
